A Baltimore City Police officer recognized 9-year-old Dallas Greene yesterday.
He told Dallas that what happened was not his fault and that he could come to eat at his house anytime!
The AFRO later learned that the detective’s name is Daymieon Rivera of the Baltimore City Police Department.
