-EPA says no impact assessment required
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) says the 14-storey luxury hotel planned for the grounds of the Pegasus Corporate Centre does not require an impact study.
In a notice in Wednesday’s Guyana Chronicle, the EPA said that among other things air quality will not be significantly affected as particulate matter emissions are primarily from the project’s construction phase.
