[Independent (Kampala)] Kampala, Uganda -- Dr. Tanga Odoi, the Electoral Commission Chairperson of the ruling National Resistance Movement (NRM), has cautioned political actors within the party, including Resident District Commissioners (RDCs), to desist from meddling in the ongoing party elections across the country.
