[Independent (Kampala)] Cover Story -- The nondescript village of Kijaguzo in Semuto, Nakaseke District, in central Uganda was a beehive of activity on Sept. 15 as government dignitaries, religious leaders and residents from surrounding villages in the district and the Greater Luweero Triangle converged at the Catholic Parish headquarters to pray and make merry as President Yoweri Museveni celebrated his 80th birthday.
