[Nile Post] The Inspector of General of Police, Abas Byakagabahas instituted a commission of inquiry against one of their own, a one, police constable, Alex Katungi in Kajjansi Town whom residents of Kajjansi Town Council claim to be behind numerous cases of torture, extortion and corruption against those believed to degrading the crucial ecosystems with in Kajjansi wetlands and areas surrounding Entebbe municipality.
