[Nile Post] Besigye, who is currently detained at Luzira Prison, is reportedly without access to his phone but PFF leaders, including Kampala Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago and veteran politician Wasswa Birigwa, have sounded the alarm over suspicious activity on his mobile accounts.
