Three serving members of the Guyana Police Force, Latchman Singh, Grenville Harris and Floyd Pellew yesterday appeared before Magistrate Fabayo Azore at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court jointly charged with stealing narcotics, while one was separately charged with assault.
