[New Times] The arrest and extradition to Rwanda, of Genocide fugitive Venant Rutunga by Dutch judicial authorities, has been welcomed by Genocide survivors in the former Butare Prefecture, currently Huye District, where masterminded the Genocide against the Tutsi.
