[New Times] A two-week course for officers of Rwanda Defence Force (RDF) is set to close Friday, December 18, at the Rwanda Peace Academy (RPA) in Musanze. The training equipped security sector professionals with tools to train their peers in prevention of recruitment and use of child soldiers.
