As indicated last week, today’s column together with next week’s will focus on the three tasks, which I had indicated last week that are logically required in order to validate my proposition that, Guyana’s petrostate standing is in peril, as President Trump’s trade war-led programmes and policies elevate its systemic cum existential risks.
