Three members of the Guyana Police Force, Latchman Singh, Grenville Harris, and Floyd Pellew appeared before Acting Chief Magistrate Faith McGusty at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court yesterday where they were granted bail after being previously charged with narcotics theft.
