[Nyasa Times] UTM Party candidate in the Karonga Central Constituency by-elections Frank Tumpale Mwenifumbo has conceded defeat and withdrawn a case against the Malawi Electoral Commission (MEC) which declared Malawi Congress Party (MCP) candidate Leonard Mwalwanda the winner.
