[Capital FM] Nairobi -- Ahmed Ali Muktar, the former Wajir Deputy Governor who took over the Office of the Governor following the impeachment of Governor Mohamed Abdi, has vowed to challenge the High Court ruling which reinstated Abdi to the top seat on Wednesday.
