Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA) and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed an agreement today to achieve Caribbean Regional Health Security, through the building of core capacity within CARPHA to prevent, detect, respond to and control infectious disease outbreaks.
