The High Court has ruled against SOL Guyana Incorporated in a tax dispute filed by the Guyana Revenue Authority (GRA), ordering the fuel importer to pay over $2.1 billion in excise taxes for fuel it failed to deliver to Esso Exploration and Production Guyana Limited (EEPGL).
