Four people sustained various injuries in a vehicle accident at Active Hill, Castries, on Friday, the Saint Lucia Fire Service (SLFS) says. SLFS Communications Officer, Stacy Joseph, said officers from Fire Service headquarters in Castries and the Gros Islet fire station responded about 9:35 a.m. 'Emergency personnel found and assessed four individuals who were involved in the incident. The patients, who sustained various injuries on their bodies were immobilised and transferred to the awaiting ambulances where their wounds were treated and they were provided rapid emergency transportation to the OKEU Hospital for further medical care,' Joseph stated.
