Malcolm Spencer, a 25-year-old resident of Diamond, East Bank Demerara, was arrested on January 22nd 2025 by a rank from Region 4B Headquarters Criminal Investigation Department and charged on Friday with the possession of 13 grammes of cannabis
The police said that Spencer appeared at the Diamond/Golden Grove Magistrate’s Court #1 before Magistrate Wanda Fortune where the charge was read to him.
