A $9.5 million investment from Bloomberg Philanthropies will go toward the expansion of the current Advanced Technical Center, the establishment of another Advanced Technical Center at St. Elizabeths East Campus in Congress Heights and the launch of a post-high school bridge program that’s led by the D.C. Hospital Association.
