Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison has obtained a settlement with Arise Virtual Solutions Inc. to resolve allegations that the company misclassified its workers as independent contractors and violated Minnesota laws, resulting in the company paying $300,000 in restitution and stopping business in Minnesota.
