[ANGOP] Sumbe -- The Angolan government on Tuesday, in Cuanza Sul Province, instructed the local institutions to prepare and build the Sumbe flood control project, which should include macro and micro drainage actions, as soon as the ongoing Sumbe integrated infrastructure project is completed.
