By KATHY GANNON Associated Press ISLAMABAD (AP) — Kaavan, dubbed the 'world's loneliest elephant' after languishing alone for years in a Pakistani zoo, was readied Sunday for his flight to a sanctuary in Cambodia and the much-needed company of other elephants.
