By STAN CHOE AP Business Writer NEW YORK (AP) — Stocks are rising Monday, as hopes for economic aid from Washington help Wall Street shake off its initial reaction to sell after President Donald Trump tested positive for the coronavirus. The S&P 500 was 1.1% higher in morning trading, with raw-material producers and other companies that most need a strengthening economy rising to some of the biggest gains.
