The Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority is currently working in the St. Thomas Frenchtown Community/Joseph Aubain Ball Park area clearing sewage lines. During this time, the VIWMA is asking the public to please traverse the area with caution and avoid parking over manholes and grated areas.
