Vishnu (Victor) Chugani, a pillar of strength and kindness, passed away on March 18, 2024, leaving behind a legacy adorned with love and resilience. Born in Karachi, India (Pre-Partition) in 1939, Vishnu's life was a testament to devotion, family, and community.
