The city of Portland announced that it is no longer conducting minor traffic stops as a way to address equity concerns. Police disproportionately pulled over Black motorists for minor traffic violations. Hill also discussed Vanessa Bryant settling a wrongful death lawsuit with the company that owned the helicopter involved in the death of Kobe Bryant, his daughter and seven others.
