This day will consist of a proclamation signing ceremony hosted by Gov. Albert Bryan Jr. and Lt. Gov. Tregenza Roach Esq. at Government House on St. Croix. Government House will celebrate Abraham Hewitt Sr., who is the eldest veteran in the territory and will be celebrating 100 years of life on his next birthday.
