Hulu has ordered an unscripted series chronicling the family life of actor and comedian Wayne Brady . The series will be produced by Fremantle and Brady’s production company, Wayne & Mandie Creative. “Everyone knows Wayne Brady – actor, comedian, host, singer and preeminent multihyphenate of this generation,” the synopsis reads. “But there’s more to the man seen onstage. What happens when an entertainer so iconic peels back the curtain on the realities of an unexpected life?” Under the working title, Untitled Wayne Brady & Family Project , the eight-episode series will see Brady and his ex-wife, Mandie Taketa co-parent their 20-year-old daughter, Maile Brady, a college student and aspiring artist, as well as runnign their production company.
