UNITED NATIONS, United States (AFP) - UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres yesterday said he was 'extremely concerned over the fresh resumption of hostilities' between Armenia and Azerbaijan in the Armenia-backed breakaway region of Nagorny Karabakh.
