[Independent (Kampala)] Kampala, Uganda -- An unreasonable testing protocol, greed and an unresponsive government to popular needs has seen Ugandans treated to the worst of January blues with fuel prices going as high up as UgShs10, 000 for a litre. The prices are not expected to stabilise soon.
