[Observer] Apparently, Muhoozi Kainerugaba, the first son who has consistently, openly but informally, expressed interest in becoming a successor to his father, made a tweet to the effect that Uganda People's Defence Forces (UPDF) is a Hima-Tutsi outfit and deleted it.
