[Monitor] The police in Kibale District this afternoon arrested the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) presidential flag-bearer, Mr Patrick Oboi Amuriat, and his driver Michael Amuriat on allegations of careless driving. He is currently being detained at Kakumiro Police Station.
