Top-ranked recruit Emoni Bates commits to Michigan State

Spartan Nation has talked about their chances of landing Emoni Bates.

Bates, who is the nation’s top ranked basketball recruit, announced a verbal commitment to Michigan State on ESPN’s Sportscenter on Monday afternoon.

Bates drew few offers from other schools.

According to 247Sports, Bates also drew offers from Michigan, Kentucky, Florida State, and DePaul.

Not only that, Bates is the biggest high school recruit since LeBron James.
