By The Associated Press undefined LOS ANGELES - TikTok celebrities Bryce Hall and Blake Gray were charged after hosting two parties in the Hollywood Hills despite a ban on large gatherings during the coronavirus pandemic. The Los Angeles city attorney's office says prosecutors filed misdemeanor charges against Hall and Gray. They are accused of violating the city's pandemic health order and a party house ordinance.
