The presiding judge in the upcoming trial of Kyle Rittenhouse for the shooting and murder of two men in a Wisconsin protest last year has ruled that the prosecution cannot use the word "victim" to describe the two men during the trial, but that the defense has leeway to use terms like "rioter" to describe them.
