In 2013 — 23 years after an archaeological site dating back 16 centuries was discovered at what is now the Tutu Park Mall on St. Thomas — laborers working on a broken watermain below Main Street found an array of artifacts from the same period, or earlier. Part 3 of this series looks at that excavation, and ponders the future of the treasures found at both sites.
