A Texas man has been charged with capital murder after fatally shooting his wife and two sons, aged 13 and 16 at their home in East Dallas on August 31. After the shooting, the suspect, 57-year-old James Webb, got in touch with an alarm company to report the incident. Police were subsequently contacted, KDFW reports....
