Susan L. Johnson

Ms. Johnson works to ensure that Pitney Bowes has the leadership succession pools and diversity strategies required to help the company achieve it’s business goals.

Johnson served on the Clinton/Gore ’92 campaign staff in Little Rock, Arkansas where she provided communications support to campaign operations throughout the United States. Following the national election, Susan joined the Presidential Transition Team in Washington, D. C. to assess the U. S. Department of Labor for the President- and Vice President-Elect.

Johnson has served on several not-for-profit boards, the Dean’s Advisory Council for the ILR School at Cornell University, and on the Advisory Council of Catalyst’s Women of Color in Corporate Management Study. She is an active member of The Links, Inc., and Jack and Jill of America. She is a member of the Board of Trustees at the Greenwich Country Day School.
