Support continues to grow for David Hackney in the race for 11th Legislative District Representative, Position 1.

Hackney has become the only candidate to earn the endorsement of a local Democratic organization upon earning the sole endorsement of the King County Young Democrats.

Hackney has also earned more votes than the incumbent during the 11th LD Democrats endorsement meeting in May, and was one vote shy of earning their sole endorsement.

In addition to earning the sole local Democratic endorsement of the primary, Hackney has also earned the sole endorsement of UAW 4121, the Union of Academic Student Employees & Postdocs at the University of Washington.

“The 11th Legislative District deserves representation that reflects the values and diversity of the community, and that’s why I am proud to endorse David Hackney for State Representative,” said Nguyen.
