Sudanese De Facto Govt Working On 'New Constitutional Framework'

[Dabanga] Amsterdam -- According to Lt Gen Yasir El Atta, deputy commander of the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF), the de facto government in Port Sudan, capital of Red Sea state, is working on a new constitutional framework, after which a new government will be announced. The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) denied rumours that it seeks to declare an independent state in western Sudan after seizing control of the North Darfur capital of El Fasher.
