The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services recommends that adults engage in at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity, or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity physical activity each week. Somehow that message has not come across. In a report by the DHHS, only one in three adults follow the guidelines.
