Glowing with holiday spirit, St. Thomas' Veterans Drive is alive with 10,000 twinkling lights. Stretching from the Legislature Building to Lucinda Millin intersection. Nearly 100 palm trees along the waterfront are decorated to spread holiday magic, according to a press release.
