St. Croix Man Arrested on Multiple Charges

Jamie Flemming, 29, of Lous E. Brown Villas, St. Croix, was arrested on Dec. 18 around 4 p.m. and charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of an unauthorized firearm, and possession of ammunition, according to the V.I. Police Department.
