Mid-Sunday morning, Governor Albert Bryan Jr., along with officials from VITEMA and WAPA, updated residents about the impact Tropical Storm Fiona had on residents in the territory as the storm makes its way towards the western end of Puerto Rico, where it will turn into a category 1 hurricane.
