Sen. Franklin Johnson said Monday he was impressed with the testimonies of Dayna Clendinen, interim CEO of Housing Finance Authority, and Adrienne Williams-Octalien, director of the Office of Disaster Recovery, but he was “depressed” with the reality of the disaster recovery.
