Assemblymember Tina McKinnor and Sen. Lola Smallwood-Cuevas, members of the California Legislative Black Caucus, have joined other lawmakers and criminal justice reform advocates to unveil the #SmartSolutions Public Safety Policy Platform, a package of 30 bills that addresses the top concerns of retailers, retail workers, the fentanyl crisis, and support for victims and survivors of crime.
