Zhang Jianmin, consul general of the People’s Republic of China in San Francisco (Ambassadorial Rank), welcomed guests to the consulate in celebration of the Chinese New Year on Tuesday, Feb. 22. Consul General Zhang mentioned that the barriers for entry to China had been lowered. He extended an invitation to San Franciscans to visit China.
