Lt. Gov. Tregenza Roach has tested positive for COVID-19 and will miss the remainder of Carnival activities as he self-quarantines until May 2, his office announced Thursday. The V.I. Health Department said Friday that due to a rise in cases, it will test all public school students and staff on May 2 and 3.
