A Black Virginia man was shot multiple times on Wednesday by a police officer after the cop dropped him home after his car broke down.   Isaiah Brown is intensive care following the incident with a sheriff deputy outside his home, his family said, according to NBC Washington.   “The officer just started shooting at him for no reason.
