Monday (Jul.19), Proud Boys leader Henry "Enrique" Tarrio plead guilty to charges in two federal cases the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia announced. He admitted to stealing a Black Lives Matter banner from a D.C. church and burning it following the Capitol riots.
