After hurricanes Irma and Maria in 2017 over $700,000 was designated for The Enid Baa Library and Archives. Wallace Williams says those funds could be used to repair and further improve the V.I. public libraries. “The library/libraries don’t need to be repurposed; they need to have their capacity maximized.”
